UNITIZED CURTAIN WALL WITH FLOOD LIGHTING
Most of our projects are unitized curtain wall system vs stick built. Unitized curtain walls are factory-assembled and glazed, then shipped to the job site in units that are typically one lite wide by one floor tall. We can glaze any type of material onto curtain wall including glass, metal, granite or marble, and other special panels made of other materials.

BIM-BUILDING INFORMATION MODEL
Based on 3D digital technology, the BIM integrates relevant information data of the construction project. Carrying various physical and functional characteristics, it can create a digital representation of the whole cycle process of the curtain wall project. The development and application of BIM expands the simulation capabilities of the design, helping to solve problems of design modeling, data export, engineering measurements and simulation of complex buildings. BIM improves work efficiency and accuracy, and eliminates architectural inconsistencies. VENTILATED CURTAIN WALL SYSTEM
also known as double-skin curtain wall, consists of two layers- an inner and outer layer curtain wall system, which forms an enclosed space where air can enter from the lower air inlet, and leave from the upper exhaust vent. This space encourages air movement, where heat flows. Compared to traditional curtain wall systems, ventilated curtain wall systems' main feature is that it allows for a circulation and ventilation area between the two layers. This causes temperature of the inner layer to be close to the indoor temperature, thereby lowering the temperature gap between the curtail wall and the building interior. In reducing temperature difference, it saves energy by 42-52% compared to traditional curtain wall heating; In cooling comparison, it saves energy by 38-60%. In addition, the system also greatly improves sound insulation.
