Raymond Qu - President
​
Mr. Qu is the President and founder of Reliance Industrials Inc in 2003. He founded Reliance Business Manufacturing in 2011 with a focus on the aluminum curtain wall manufacturing service. Before that, Mr. Qu was a project manager of New World Group of Hong Kong. He worked as a window and curtain wall design engineer at Crystal Window and Door company in New York. Mr. Qu has more than 15 years of import and export experience covering aluminum extrusions, window and curtain walls, and other building materials. Mr. Qu holds a bachelor degree of civil engineering, 2 master degree of construction management and system engineering.
Dr. Bob Zhu - VP of Operation

Dr. Zhu was the President and Co-Owner of Trillium Industries Inc. He has completed 8 large size curtain wall projects in USA and Canada, and numerous window installation projects. He worked as the director of engineering and QA manager of Crystal Window and Door company for more than ten years. Before that, Dr. Zhu was the project manager of an international chemical group in USA. His extreme experience in commercial building facada design, testing, installation and project management is an asset of the company. Dr. Zhu holds a bachelor degree of chemical mechanical engineering, a master degree of computer science, and a Ph.D degree of Aerospace and Mechanical engineering.
Rene Reyes - Director of Marketing and Sales

Mr. Reyes is a serial entrepreneur and design engineer with a background in technology, construction and business consulting. Mr. Reyes founded FluidReality Integrators Inc servicing the needs of Fortune companies like Time Warner Cable to data mine legacy systems. He designed and built the world's first Virtual Reality motorcycle ride and helmet that appeared on the news in NYC and was on CNET. Mr. Reyes was the CTO and Director of R&D for Alquimi Solar. He built QuickRack 10 with the first year sales of $5M and the second year of $50M and built up the portfolio to $115M with projects from other developers. His vision, strategy, marketing and sales skills brought him to be the Director of Marketing and Sales at Reliance Industrials Inc.
Branden Shulman - Director of Design

Mr. Shulman has over 12 years of experience in the design industry and currently oversees the design of all new projects during pre-construction. After graduating from the University of British Columbia with a degree in architecture, Mr. Shulman spent his early career working with architecture firms on residential and commercial projects. Before joining Reliance Industrials Inc, Mr. Shulman has worked as a senior design engineer in Turner Construction for over five years.

Timothy Simons - Director of Business Development

Mr. Simons was the sales and marketing manager with Swinerton Group. Starting his career in 2005 as a project engineer, Mr. Simons was promoted to the sales manager with great success. Since 2012, Mr. Simons has been concentrated on high rise construction section in major cities in USA. With over a decade experience in the construction industry, Mr. Simons has built a solid relationship with a number of developers, general contractors, architects and government agencies. This success has lead him to becoming the Director of Business Development with Reliance Industrials Inc.

Mr. Simons holds a bachelor degree of civil engineering.
Anthony Corrado - Site Safety Manager
​
Mr. Corrado is the Founder and Principal at NYC Site Safety Services, LLC, a safety consulting firm in NYC that provides contractors with Site Safety Plan Development, OSHA Training and on-site Licensed Safety Professionals to oversee large scale construction projects as required by the NYC Department of Buildings.
Mr. Corrado has 40 years of diversified construction experience. As the Senior Project Superintendent with Nationally known companies, he was directly responsible for the day-to-day field operations for projects up to $150M. His responsibilities as a site safety manager at RII is to develop the site safety plan and execute every day.
